Workfolders is great when it works, but clearly it is such a complicated configuration with so many dependencies that when things stop working, its a game of Whac-A-Mole to get it working again.
The error messages aren't helpful, there are no troubleshooting articles, there is no reference for the error codes.
I have googled this error message and there are three entries in Google search. What the heck am I supposed to do now?
